Winemakers Comments
An elegant wine with plenty of fruit, dominated by melon and notes of apple and green pepper. There is some smoke and minerals, giving way to a characteristic spiciness on the long finish. This one will be a success if you make it the white at a cocktail party or as an aperitif. Also a superb companion to all fish and vegetable dishes as well as to Asian food.
