Vintage Deseription
2005 was a very good vintage with warm dry
conditions throughout March and April providing
very favourable fruit flavours with excellent
natural acid & balance.
Winemakers
Notes
The Shiraz was harvested when the grapes
were a little riper due to the warm weather
experienced in the region. Fermentation
on the skins was carried out for 7 days
to retain generous flavours and structure.
