Vintage Deseription
2005 was a very good
vintage with warm dry conditions throughout
March and April providing very favourable
fruit flavours with excellent natural acid
& balance

Notes
All varieties were picked separately at
optimum flavour. Fermented in separate batches,
stabilised and meticulously blended to give
this unique style, retaining great fruit
characters.
