2005 was a very
good vintage with warm dry conditions
throughout March and April providing very
favourable fruit flavours with excellent
natural acid & balance.

Notes
Favourable conditions allowed us to harvest
the Cabernet Sauvignon in early April.
A long ferment with up to 14 days on skins
has resulted in a true Coonawarra classic
Cabernet Sauvignon.
